Welcome to X4U Marketplace (the "Platform"). By accessing or utilizing our trading utilities, escrow services, and listing components (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you are prohibited from accessing the Platform.
X4U Marketplace acts strictly as an intermediary escrow provider and middleman for peer-to-peer (P2P) digital trading. The Platform allows users to buy, sell, or trade digital assets, including:
- Gaming accounts, in-game items, and virtual currencies.
- Application credentials, subscription keys, and software licenses.
- Digital gift card codes, prepaid vouchers, and unused digital accounts.
Passive Conduit Status: We do not own, hold stock of, pre-verify, or distribute any digital accounts or codes listed by users. All transactions are carried out directly between the Buyer and Seller under our secure escrow system.
To ensure transaction privacy, security, and global accessibility, the Platform operates exclusively using Tether (USDT) cryptocurrency. The following terms govern all payments, deposits, escrows, and withdrawals:
- Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions: All transactions processed on the blockchain network (including TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 protocols) are permanent and irreversible. We cannot retrieve, cancel, or reverse USDT transfers sent to incorrect addresses. You bear sole responsibility for entering correct wallet addresses.
- Network Gas & Processing Fees: All deposits and withdrawals are subject to blockchain network fees (gas fees). These fees are determined by the respective blockchain nodes, not the Platform. Network fees are non-refundable and will be deducted automatically from transaction payouts or refund distributions.
- Block Confirmation Latency: An escrow is only considered funded and active once the deposit transaction achieves the required number of block confirmations on the public ledger. The Platform is not liable for transaction delays caused by blockchain network congestion or latency.
- Anti-Double Spend & Fraud: Any user attempting blockchain exploits, double-spending, reporting fraudulent transaction hashes, or depositing USDT originating from illicit sources (such as flagged mixer addresses, sanctioned smart contracts, or ransomware wallets) will have their account immediately suspended, and all pending escrow funds will be permanently frozen.
- Stablecoin Peg Disclaimer: We are not responsible for stablecoin de-pegging events, smart contract bugs, or network failures associated with Tether (USDT) or its issuing entities.
To secure P2P digital trading, the Platform operates a structured holding escrow and protection program:
- Step 1: Escrow Funding: The Buyer funds the transaction amount in USDT. The Platform secures the funds in the escrow vault.
- Step 2: Asset Delivery: The Seller delivers account credentials, keys, or gift card codes inside the secure transaction chat room.
- Step 3: Verification & Protection Window: The Buyer is granted a strict 24-hour verification window to check, secure, and change credentials of the asset.
- Step 4: Payout Release: Once the Buyer confirms delivery, or the 24-hour window expires without a dispute, the escrowed USDT is released to the Seller. Once funds are released from escrow, the transaction is finalized permanently. No refunds or disputes will be accepted after release.
- X4-U Shield Coverage: Buyers can opt-in to the X4-U Shield protection program at checkout. In the event of a verified account reclaiming (pull-back) or pre-transaction code invalidation, X4-U Shield guarantees a 100% USDT refund to the Buyer from the Platform's security reserves, regardless of whether the Seller has already withdrawn their payout.
- Arbitration Freeze: If a dispute is raised during the 24-hour window, the escrow status is immediately frozen. Admin will review screenshots, registration logs, and email history to resolve the dispute.
All service fees, listing commissions, and payment processing fees charged by the Platform are non-refundable. In the event of a transaction dispute resulting in a refund to the Buyer, the refunded USDT will be returned minus the platform processing commissions and blockchain network gas fees.
All gaming assets, application brands, and gift cards referenced on the Platform (including but not limited to Steam, Epic Games, Roblox, Riot Games, Discord, Google Play, Apple App Store, and Visa/Mastercard) are the intellectual property and registered trademarks of their respective publishers or issuers.
- No Affiliation: X4U is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game developer, application publisher, or financial card issuer.
- Account Bans: Game publishers commonly prohibit account trading in their End User License Agreements (EULAs). The Platform is not liable for account bans, suspensions, rollbacks, or lockouts initiated by external publishers.
Reclaiming, recovering, or retrieving access to a sold account (commonly referred to as "pull-back" or "chargeback theft") after a transaction is completed or during escrow holds is strictly prohibited.
- Theft Definition: The administration treats post-transaction account recovery as direct digital theft.
- Sanctions: Any Seller caught retrieving a sold account will face immediate forfeiture of escrow funds, permanent IP and subnet bans, and their transaction history, log details, and identifiers will be shared with the Buyer and competent legal authorities upon formal request.
In the event of a transaction dispute:
- Both Buyer and Seller must submit proof (screenshots, email verification, ownership logs) to the administration.
- The Platform's administration will act as the final, binding arbitrator to determine the release or refund of the escrow funds based on the evidence provided.
- By using the Services, you agree to accept the administrator's dispute determination as final and waive any right to court litigation regarding escrow funds.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ACCOUNT TRANSFERS, BANNINGS, OR ESCROW DISPUTES. IN ALL EVENTS, OUR CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $10 USD OR THE MINIMUM STATUTORY CAP PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.
